DALLAS (AP) — The father of a missing 3-year-old North Texas girl has changed his story, saying she choked while drinking milk at 3 a.m. and that he took her body outside after he believed she had died.

Maverick County Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident Tuesday morning in which a man crashed into a tree.

An accident occurred at approximately 1:00 p.m. on US Highway 277 Monday afternoon, when a man had a seizure while driving.
