Marco Antonio Gloria who is being accused of sexual assault against a minor has been magistrated and formally charged.
 Gloria’s bail was set at $180,000 or $60,000 per each charge he is facing.

39-year old Frank Velazquez,Jr a former Maverick County Sheriff's Deputy was freed on bail after being charged with aggravated sexual assault of a minor involving his 5-year-old stepdaughter.

Ramon Velasquez, the man arrested Monday by the Maverick County Sheriff’s Department for trying to smuggle marijuana into the Tom Bowles Detention Center has been formally charged with introducing contraband and evading arrest.
