Eagles Travel to Laredo; Roll Over LBJ 41-9

The Eagle Pass Eagles had a rare Thursday game in District 29-AAAAAA play against the LBJ Wolves, and DeeAndre Torres had to take the helm of the offense early due to what is being labeled a minor injury to starting QB Richie Luna. Torres took a while to get going, but once he did, the floodgates opened up as the Eagles soared to a 41 to 9 victory.
Laredo Driver License Office Set for Renovations
WESLACO – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) will temporarily close the Laredo Driver License Office for renovations (at 5 p.m.) on Thursday, Sept. 7. The revamped Laredo office will feature upgrades designed to enhance customer flow and efficiency. The office is expected to reopen to the public in early October.
