The nation's largest minority group risks being left behind by President Barack Obama's health care overhaul.
Hispanics account for about one-third of the nation's uninsured, but they seem to be staying on the on the sidelines as the White House races to meet a goal of 6 million sign-ups by March 31.

IRVING, Texas (AP) —
Their presidential plans may be uncertain but one thing is clear: Jeb Bush and Hillary Rodham Clinton keep bumping into each other.
Bush and Clinton were taking the podium Monday at a higher education conference in suburban Dallas organized by Bush, the former Florida governor who is the brother and son of Republican presidents. The former secretary of state, whose husband, Bill Clinton, served two terms in the White House, is the leading Democratic contender in 2016 if she runs for president again.
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) —
The athletics department at the University of Texas at Austin has begun a feasibility study on expansion of Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.
The expansion would enclose the southern end of the stadium with a multilevel stand. Now, only a relatively small, bleacher-style stand and the Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletic Center sit in the stadium's southern end.
The stadium current seats just over 100,000.
A UT statement on Monday said the review will consider aspects such as financing and where parking and fan amenities displaced by the new Dell Medical School can be placed. The medical school is to be built just south of the stadium.
Any decision on whether to proceed with stadium improvements lies with the university administration and UT System regents.
