Eagle Pass Police Department Public Information Officer Humberto Garza Jr. reported that the man was arrested on a warrant obtained by Eagle Pass Police Department as a result of an investigation that occurred in December of 2018.
Logan's arrest stems from allegations that he opened up a GofundMe account to supposedly assist with another individual’s medical expenses, but actually kept the donated monies himself.
Logan was detained and remanded to the Tom Bowles Detention Center to be processed.
