If the Spurs win the championship, Garcia and Wilson will take a picture wearing a Spurs jersey in front of U.S. Capitol and provide lunch to the staffs of Gallego and Castro.

“Last year the Heat got lucky.  To quote Coach Pop, this year the Spurs are going to get nasty and bring home the championship,” said U.S. Rep. Joaquin Castro. “The Drive for Five is alive in San Antonio. Go Spurs Go!”

If Miami Heat wins the championship, Gallego and Castro will take a picture wearing a Miami Heat jersey in front of U.S. Capitol and provide lunch to the staffs of Garcia and Wilson.

“It’s exciting to face the Spurs again in this year’s finals,” U.S. Rep. Garcia said. “It’ll be just as exciting to beat them again, but we look forward to entertaining this friendly wager. Go Heat!”

The Miami Heat, in a 4-3 series, beat the Spurs and won the 2013 NBA Finals.

Games 1 and 2 will be played in San Antonio. Games 3 and 4 will be played in Miami. Should it be needed, game 5 would be played in San Antonio. Game 6 would be played in Miami. Game 7 would be played in San Antonio.
