    Eagle Pass 14u Babe Ruth All-Stars defeated the Del Rio All-Stars in a best 2 out of 3 game series held in the Queen City on Saturday July 11, 2015. Eagle Pass defeated Del Rio in Game 1 with a score of 7 to 3 with Braulio Rodriguez blasting a 328 foot homerun over the left field fence. Game 2 was played at 7:00 pm and was a defensive struggle at first before the Eagle Pass bats came alive. The Eagle Pass baseball machine came to life in the 4th inning and did not stop rolling until the end of the game with a final score of 20 to 11.
     The 14u team was crowned at the end of the game by the tournament director as the 2015 14U State Championspunching their ticket to the regional tournament to be held in the state of Louisiana July 23 through the 26th.
