The Eagles would strike early and strike first off of Ram Starter Guy Creamer when Rey Mendoza doubled and Braulio Rodriguez hit a bomb that flew into The Queen City night dead center to put the Eagles up 2-0.
Then Victor Perry singled, Hector Montoya doubled and Edward Mendoza brought Perry in with a hit of his own. David Lopez capped off the scoring in the first frame with a two-run single. 5-0 Eagles.

Then in the second, Rodriguez got on with a hit, Perry was hit by a pitch and Montoya singled, loading up the bases. Rodriguez came in to score on a wild pitch by Creamer and Orly Garza came through with a 2-RBI single scoring Perry and Montoya followed by another run-producing hit by Edward Mendoza plating Garza. 9-2 EP after 1 1/2. After that, Mendoza would totally dominate striking out six more Rams en route to a two-hit, eight
strikeout performance.
Super Senior Roly Riza, who has started five games for the Eagles this season, got the save allowing no runs, one hit and striking out one.
