Drako Rodriguez wins debut fight at King of the Cage Next Level Event

   Drako Rodriguez made his professional Mixed Martial Arts debut on October 21,2017 with a win over Derek Perez at the King of the Cage Next Level event held in Iowa. 

  Rodriguez took out his opponent in the first round via submission, Guillotine Choke Hold in the first round at 1 minute 35 seconds. 

   Rodriguez has been impressing the MMA world through out his amateur career and has now jumped to the next level in the pro circuit. 

   Rodriguez is in hopes and is seeking eventually making it to the UFC. 

  Rodriguez has roots in Eagle Pass as he grew up in the Eidson Road area of the community  until 2011 when he moved to Iowa where he began his journey towards a professional career in the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)field. 

   Drako now living in Sioux City Iowa turned his fighting ways into a flourishing Mixed Martial Arts career competing in the King of the Cage organizational league. 

  Rodriguez competes in the Super flyweight (140lb) Amateur category and is the champion with an impressive undefeated Amateur record of 13 wins and no losses. Rodriguez now starts putting wins together in the professional category, where we’re sure he will excel.
