First up is defensive standout for the Mavs, Ernesto Villaseñor:

Who do you consider to be your biggest influences? (Could be your parents, but also include a professional player or national figure)

My biggest influence in my life is my Mom. She has never missed any of my football games, she's always been there supporting me as I play the sport I love. Professionally, Reuben Foster is my role model because he plays without any regrets and gives all out effort. He's been coached by the best coach in the nation, Nick Saban.

What are your goals this season?

My goals this season are winning the District title and getting the District MVP Award.

Who's your favorite NFL team?

My favorite NFL team are the Houston Texans.

College team?

My favorite college team are The Oregon Ducks.

What's your favorite play and why? (Give me a good long one)

My favorite play call is when I call Loop Fire. I like this call because I go in and make tackles behind the line of scrimmage.

What are your plans after graduation?

My plans after graduation is to hopefully get some offers from other schools in order to play at the next level.

Major?

I plan to major in Criminal Justice.

What does it feel like to come out of the tunnel? What do you feel when you hear the fight song?

Coming out of the tunnel gives me the chills because I'm very glad to play on a Friday Night. Hearing the fight song also gives me chills because the whole school is behind us.

Finally, give me some advice to a seventh grader playing football for the first time.

Giving advice to a seventh grader playing football all I have to say is to stay together and never quit.

Next up is Eagle Defensive End Mario Torres:

Who do you consider to be your biggest influences? (Could be your parents, but also include a professional player or national figure)

My Dad Mario Torres. He does a lot of things for my family that I look up to. My Mom Fili Torres does a lot of things for me. She wakes me up for practice when I'm not ready. Professionally, I like JJ Watt. I like his technique.

What are your goals this season?

My goals are to make the playoffs and to give it all I've got in every single game, win or lose.

Who's your favorite NFL team?

I'd have to say the Philadelphia Eagles, just because they're Eagles.

College team?

Texas A&M.

What's your favorite play and why? (Give me a good long one)

Bama Pinch because I'm in the trenches. I give it all I've got between the guard and the tackle.

What are your plans after graduation?

To play college football. If not to be a welder.

Major?

Law Enforcement.

What does it feel like to come out of the tunnel? What do you feel when you hear the fight song?

You just feel a bunch of butterflies and all the adrenaline. It feels amazing to hear our fight song. It's a feeling that very few people feel.

Finally, give me some advice to a seventh grader playing football for the first time.

Stick with the program. Keep working and it will all pay off.
