Ruby Briones won the 400 meter dash, Monica Rivera won the 800 meter run and Jezabelle Rodriguez won the 1600 meter run at the 2016 District 29-6A Championships according to Head Coach Juan Gonzalez.
Rivera also placed third in the 400 and Valerya Galindo came in fourth. Briones placed second in the 800 meters.
Adrianna Moody placed 4th in the 100 meters with a 13.24. Jezabelle capped off the District meet with an 11:41.29 in the grueling 3200 meter run.
Paola Guevara, Valerya Galindo, Chantal Rodriguez and Adriana Moody set a school record with a second place 1:48.72 in the 800 meter relay.
Galindo, Rivera Shanya Luna and Moody placed 2nd in the 1600 meter relay.
Guevara, Rodriguez, Luna and Karla Velez placed sixth in the 400 meter relay with a 54.31.
