Parks and Recreation All-Star Game

The Parks and Recreation Girls All-Star Game was played on Wednesday night  in the C.C Winn High School Gymnasium in front of a packed crowd of loyal fans. The Parks and Rec Department under the direction of Juan Cuellar had a full schedule of activities for the young athletes including a skills challenge, shooting contest and the all stars game. 

This year’s all star game proved to be one for the ages as the fans were treated to a double overtime game that ended in a virtual tie as both all star squads competed to the very end in an 11-11 tie ball game.

The results of the highly succesful parks and recreation girls basketball season as are as follows:              

 

Div 2 Final Standings

1st place – Eagle Threat – Liberty Elementary

2nd place – Raptors – Graves Elementary

3rd place – Mighty Mavericks – Ray Darr Elementary

  Div 3 Final Standings

1st place – Lady Bulldogs – Benavides Elementary

2nd place – Lady Eagles – Liberty Elementary

3rd place – Wild Bunch – Seco Mines Elementary
