    The Eagle Pass Police Department and the Eagle Pass Fire department will lace 'em up and play an exhibition flag football game as a toy drive to aid needy families this Christmas.
    The 1st Annual Christmas Toy Drive "Guns & Hoses" Flag Football Game will be held Thursday December 10th at the recently lighted Chelo's II football/soccer field adjacent to the fence at Moncada Baseball Park in a game that will pit the athletic prowess of all of our first responders in terms of running, passing, catching and defending in a football game that will not be for the faint of heart.
    So it's on Like Donkey Kong, the Big Dukeroo, Mano a Mano between the Guns of the EPPD against the Hoses of the EPFD.  We can hear it now, "Welcome to the Jungle" with the Guns & Hoses of Eagle Pass.  Come out and see all the action next Thursday under the lights at Chelo's II and bring a toy for a needy child.  Good luck to both teams and may the better team win, "You're in the Jungle Baby!"  Let's play some football!
