Claudia Rodriguez-Wright informed the News Gram of the fact that early registration began on March 24th and if you are a current SRSU/Rio Grande College student or if you have been out for less than a year, you can take advantage of the early registration by simply bringing your ID card and PIN #. If you do not have or remember your PIN #, you can call and contact the Office of Admissions to get it.

If you are a new student, you can go directly to www.applytexas.org to submit an application online. For undergraduates, the requirement is 42 semester hours and a 2.0 GPA. You can acquire both undergraduate and Master's Degrees in Education or Business Administration. Undergraduate degrees in Behavioral Sciences (Biology, Math, Criminal Justice) and Humanities (English, Spanish and History) are available.

For graduates, you need a degree from an accredited university. SRSU/Rio Grande College offers Master's Degrees in Education, Public Administration and Business Administration.

"We do offer graduate programs online in English and History. We are starting Kinesiology which are offered here in Eagle Pass," stated the Director of Admissions.
