When you're talking about team chemistry and gelling at the right time, this needs to happen early and with an admirable showing at The Hidalgo Invitational, the Eagle Pass Eagles are doing just that.
Coach Neto Reyes' Eagle Pass Eagles got to the medal rounds at the Hidalgo tournament with victories over Donna, Los Fresnos and PSJA North.
The first game they beat Donna 65-42, then they beat Los Fresnos 55-51, then a big win over PSJA North 49-46.
They also knocked off La Grulla 64-48 before falling to Houston Dickinson 65-44.
