Most of the scoring came in the first quarter. Right off the bat, Del Rio scored on a 73 yard TD run by Jovan West on oneof the first plays of the game with 11:35 on the clock to put the Rams up 7-0, but the Eagles struck back next and struck quickly twenty seconds later on a 31 yard pass from Stanwick to Kyle Gloria with 11:13 left in the 1st.
Then former News Gram Player Of The Week TJ Mares returned to the Eagle lineup and scored after a quick stop by the Eagle defensive unit 2 yard touchdown run.
Then Stanwick drove the Eagles down the field and finished it himself on a one yard blast with 4:50 left in the first quarter to make the score 20-7.
The Stanwick to Gloria Connection worked again in the second half on a 46 yard strike with 9:42 remaining in the first half to put us up 26-7.
The Rams scored again in the third quarter on a West 14-yard touchdown run. The extra point failed and the lead was cut to thirteen.
But after having a stellar night, former News Gram Player Of The Week Dakota Kypuros finally got open in the endzone and scored on a seven yard TD pass with 11:54 left in the game to ice it.
Stanwick was 21 for 35, 340 yards and three TD's, Kypuros had nine catches for 151 yards and a score, Gloria had three catches for 112 yards and two touchdowns and Willie Frausto had four catches for 88 yards.
