What can you tell our readers about last week's game and your performance?
Thank you, last week's game was against our rival school CC Winn. It was a big win due to the fact that we haven't lost to them in 15 years. I'm proud of my teammates and I for keeping the streak alive. I had a great performance against the Mavericks having 19 tackles.
What position do you play? What's your jersey number?
The position I play is linebacker and my jersey number is 33.
Who do you look up to? Who are your heroes?
I look up to my mom and my dad. They both work so hard for my family and I and they're always there for me no matter what. They inspire me to work hard in everything that I do, they're my heroes.
What's your career highlight?
My career highlight is when I scored a pick six in this year's season opener against Corpus Christi Carroll.
Who's your favorite NFL player?
Before he retired, my favorite NFL player was Ray Lewis. I always looked up to the way he played. He had so much love and passion for the game and he always gave effort.

My favorite plays are when my coach sends me on a blitz.
Why do you like this play, what do you do? What's your responsibility?
I like blitzing because I get to hit my gap hard and go make a play.
What makes a good teammate?
Giving effort and doing the little things right make a great teammate.

What do you think of when you hear our fight song?
It makes me think of the whole town thats cheering us on and supporting us. It pushes me to play harder.
How does it feel to come out of the tunnel?
Coming out of the tunnel is one of the best feelings, nothing can compare.
