The Eagle Pass 911 services received an emergency call at approximately 4:40 pm on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 regarding a young child trapped inside a vehicle at the Eagle Pass High school parking lot announced Eagle Pass Fire Chief Manuel Mello.

DIESEL CAIN GARZApassed away peacefully in the arms of family on April 11, 2018. He was born October 6, 2017. Diesel was the son Jose Angel and Naomi Garza of Eagle Pass.

  This year’s food drive collected more than 3000 lbs. of non-perishable foods.  All the food collected this past Saturday will be given to the local food pantry where 100% of it will be given to those in need from this community.  Local Shop Steward Gilberto Martinez and Postmaster Ernesto Saucedo are thankful to all the citizens of Eagle Pass that helped
