Corte de Liston de "Mi Boutique", Una Nueva Tienda en el centro

El evento se realizó durante la mañana del martes 11 de septiembre, y asistieron diversas autoridades de la ciudad, entre ellas el mayor Ramsey English Cantu, quien agradeció a la Familia Vargas, los propietarios de esta tienda, la confianza para invertir en esta ciudad. Este nuevo negocio se localiza a media cuadra del Teatro Azteca.
New Interim City Manager to be Named by Next Week
Tuesday, 11 September 2012 22:53 Published in September 2012Next week, the City of Eagle Pass should be meeting to name an interim city manager as Daniel Valenzuela prepares to leave his position October 7th. Mayor Ramsey English-Cantú informed The News Gram that during the meeting of September 10th, the item was only discussed and no action was taken. Valenzuela's letter of resignation, however was discussed and his impending transfer to San Angelo to take over the city manager position there. Valenzuela, who is originally from Ft. Stockton, will be closer to home now in his new position. He has worked in Eagle Pass for the past four years. Mayor Cantú said he and the City are very satisfied with his job performance and they wish him the best in his new job. They will be working throughout the week in order to find an apt replacement for the time being while the city looks for a replacement for his position.
Beauty Pageant held to Crown 'Reina de Belleza"
Monday, 10 September 2012 21:45 Published in September 2012Sarah Marie Blanco was crowned 'Reina de las Fiestas de la Independencia de Mexico' in a ceremony held on Sunday at the Civic Center in Eagle Pass, where many girls under 18 years of age participated in activities leading to the coronation of this year's queen. Judges determined Blanco the winner and the crown was given by Consul Ricardo Santana. The young lady will participate in all activities relating to the Fiestas Patrias and 'El Grito de Independencia' which will be held here throughout the coming weeks.
