The individual who was reported to have been shot once by a  Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Border Patrol Agent on Sunday, September 2, 2018, has been released from a San Antonio hospital. 

Speeding continues being one of the biggest issues and reasons drivers are stopped and ticketed in the City of Eagle Pass.  

The Eagle Pass Police and Fire Department were summoned to the intersection of Mathiwos St. and El Indio Highway regarding a rollover accident at approximately 10:35 am this morning.
