The Kinney County Sheriff's Department reported that six individuals have been arrested on charges related to the pursuit and accident which occurred on June 21, 2019. 

 Sul Ross University Rio Grande College was hit with a Ransomware attack on Monday, June 24, 2019. 

Law enforcement officials from Kinney County were involved in a high speed chase which resulted in the death of an undocumented immigrant and injury of several others.
