  According to informaiton provided by Eagle Pass Police Dept. Public Information Officer Humberto Garza, officials responded to an incident at JC Penney at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday January 3, 2017. Officers responded in reference to store personnel struggling with a 23-year-old male subject.
