Texas Department of Public Safety and Zavala County officials reported that an 18 wheeler tractor trailer truck was involved in a rollover accident during the early morning hours of  Monday, May 22nd.

A fire was reported on Tuesday July 12 at approximately 6:51 p.m. on Victoriano Ave. off of Rosita Valley Rd. involving a small trailer which caught on fire. The trailer was on a private lot and contained some building material. Fire department personnel as well as Sheriff’s deputies and Kickapoo Police responded to the blaze. The fire was controlled quickly and no injuries were reported from the incident.
