41-year-old Mario Morales, a convicted sex offender who at some point in his life registered as required by law with the Eagle Pass Police Department, is currently being sought for violating the state’s sexual offender legal conditions. 

U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Highway 57 Checkpoint apprehended a convicted sex offender with a warrant out for his arrest.
