Long time Peace Officer and Eagle Pass Police Department Detective Humberto Torralba presented his retirement letter for the City of Eagle Pass.

   After almost 22 years serving the community as part of the Eagle Pass Fire Department, Assistant Fire Chief Felix Carrazco is retiring.

   Carrazco was honored at a ceremony held by the Fire Department on Thursday, April 27, where new firefighters, lieutenants, and the new assistant fire chief were presented.
