Eagle Pass City Manager Arturo B. Rodriguez tendered his letter of resignation on Thursday, December 28, 2017 after a marathon executive session in which the evaluation of Rodriguez’s performance  ultimately led to his resignation.

   Assistant City of Eagle Pass Municipal Judge Ruben Montemayor submitted his letter of resignation to the City of Eagle Pass.

  Judge Montemayor’s letter was submitted to Municipal County Judge Francisco Martinez , interim Finance Director Jesse Rodriguez and City Secretary Imelda B. Rodriguez.
