  The City of Eagle Pass continues moving forward after setbacks in the building of the New Public Safety Headquarters.
   Mayor Ramsey English Cantu along with EPPD Chief Alberto Guajardo and EPFD Chief Manuel Mello met with the project’s architects to review the details of the construction project this past week.

Public library re-opens

The results of the Eagle Pass Public Library Expansion and Renovation Project were revealed to the public at the grand re-opening ceremony held on Wednesday, December 20.

  The Maverick County Constables Office from Pct. 3AB detained and arrested a young man, identified as Antonio Viesca, in plain day light a few steps away from a public park in the Valerie Street area for possession of  Hydroponic Marijuana with intent to distribute at around 7 pm on Monday, May 29.
