Eagle Pass Police Officers responded to the 2300 block of Del Rio Boulevard in reference to a motor vehicle accident with a pedestrian Monday afternoon.

   Investigating officers were informed that the 14-year-old was struck by a 2014 Ford vehicle as he attempted to cross Del Rio Boulevard. 

Pedestrian crossings on the Eagle Pass International Bridge System continue to decline.

 The Maverick County Sheriff’s Department reported Tuesday, January 3, that they had responded to an incident in which a woman was struck by a vehicle while walking down the street.
