Remains are identified 66 years after his death

The Department of Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) has announced that the remains of United States Army Corporal Luis Patlan Torres who served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War were finally laid to rest with full military services on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas after missing for over 66 years.
