 Early Monday morning, an incident occurred by International Bridge II in which two young men were arrested for reckless driving. Luis De Luna Zertuche (DOB 2/4/94) and a passenger who has not yet been identified were driving into the US from Mexico when De Luna began speeding and doing donuts. The two were later detained when Eagle Pass Police Officers were sent to the location after being notified of the incident.
