Maverick County helds its 5th Annual Halloween Say No To Drugs Block Party at the Maverick County Lake on Wednesday October 24

   Families packed the Maverick County Lake to enjoy the event to join in on Halloween fun hosted by the county, local organizations, and volunteers.

The Maverick County Hospital District, in conjunction with Hope-K and the City of Eagle Pass, will be hosting their 2nd Annual Health & Wellness Expo.

The event will take place on November 1, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the International Center for Trade, and is a chance for the community to take advantage of completely free health services and information.

Kool Smiles donated $500 dollars to the Eagle Pass Children's Library for their Easter Egg Hunt and Field Day, taking place Thursday April 13, 2017 at 10:00 am.
