A motor vehicle accident was reported in the early morning  hours on Tuesday January 16, 2018 involving a tractor trailer that had veered off the roadway.

  The CC Winn Mavericks defeated the Carrizo Springs Wildcats 69-44 on Saturday. Coach JT Sanchez informed The News Gram that the effort was there for his team.

   "It was a very good start for Maverick Boys Basketball. We had seen Carrizo Springs the last two Saturday’s in scrimmage play at Carrizo Springs and San Antonio Fox Tech respectively.  Those scrimmages were closer than last night."
