 A 29-year-old man from Eagle Pass, identified as Vince Ibarra, is reported to be in serious condition from severe burns to his body after being involved in a fiery crash when the vehicle he was traveling in collided with a tree and caught fire.

A 9 year old boy was struck by a 2016 GMC truck driven by Giomayra Mendoza as he attempted to cross the street while walkin home  from school.

The Eagle Pass Fire and Police Department responded to an emergency call on Tuesday January 16 at approximately 12:00 pm in the 2300 block of Del Rio Boulevard.
