   Cecilia A. Mascorro formally announced her candidacy for 293rd State District Court Judge, on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at 5:35 p.m. in front of the Maverick County Courthouse.  

Local attorney Maribel Flores has declared her candidacy for the judgeship of the 293rd District Court in the March 2018 primary.  Flores will be filing an application for a place on the ballot in the upcoming elections.

   Eagle Pass Mayor Ramsey E. Cantu officially registered his candidacy for re-election to the position of Mayor on Monday, January 23 at the Eagle Pass City Hall with Eagle Pass City Secretary Imelda B. Rodriguez.
