The Chamber of Commerce held their community breakfast on Wednesday morning where they discussed the Friendship Festival activities which will begin tomorrow, Friday, the 16th with the traditional Abrazo Ceremony on International Bridge #1.

Despite the cold weather, community members showed thier support for the Maverick County Junior Livestock Show at this year’s Cowboy Breakfast. The MCJLS has a variety of events planned this week including the exhibition where students will show thier projects. The event is scheduled for Saturday at noon.
