On Friday June 23 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Eagle Pass Police Officers responded to a residence in the Deer Run Subdivision in reference to a reported sexual assault of an adult female which occurred inside the city limits. 

The man arrested for the aggravated sexual assault of a young woman has been identified as Osvaldo Tijerina.

 On March 6, 2017 the Maverick County Sheriff’s Office was summoned to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical center in reference to a possible sexual assault.
