The Maverick County Sheriff Department detained a female adult from Eagle Pass identified as 31 year-old Emily Garza on two different charges including DWI and possession of a narcotic. 

Sheriff Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident at around 2 am on Saturday April 21 in the area of South Veterans Boulevard.

The Eagle Pass Police Department has reported that a 50 year old female has been detained and charged in the recent thefts of packages from local homes.

A fight at a bar led to a brief car chase that ended with three arrests Saturday night.
