After the Eagle Pass Independent School District District Service Center was the focal point of a terroristic act intended to intimidate specific individuals on Saturday, September 23, the FBI did not find it sufficient to take the case under the Domestic Terrorist Act provisions of the USA Patriot Act and the 2015 USA Freedom Act.
