EPISD files lawsuit against Monsa Ltd.
The Eagle Pass Independent School District (EPISD) filed a lawsuit in the Maverick County District 293rd Court against Monsa Ltd on January 10, 2017.
During the EPISD School Board meeting held on January 10, 2017 the board consulted with its attorney regarding litigation between the District and Monsa Ltd.
