Despite the cold weather, community members showed thier support for the Maverick County Junior Livestock Show at this year’s Cowboy Breakfast. The MCJLS has a variety of events planned this week including the exhibition where students will show thier projects. The event is scheduled for Saturday at noon.

The Maverick County Junior Livestock Association has announced a schedule of events for 2018 which will begin on Sunday, January 21, with the MCJLS Pageant.

  The Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce held their 2017 Annual banquet on Friday, February 24, at the ITC Center, during which the Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce presented their newly elected board of directors and officers to those in attendance.
