   Two Memorial Jr. High students were hit by a car Monday evening at approximately 6:00 p.m

Eagle Pass Fire Department responded to a call at 7:53 p.m. about a fire near El Indio Highway on Monday, April 17. 

  At approximately 9:00 p.m. Tuesday night, Maverick County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a hit and run.

  Martha Revelos was walking on Las Quintas Boulevard when she was hit. Revelos was not able to catch the make or model of the automobile that ran over both her legs before the driver fled the scene.

  “She told us that this car hit her and took off, and that it was a dark vehicle in color,” said Sheriff Tom Schmerber.
