The Eagle Pass Fire Department recently purchased a new fire truck that will make it easier for firefighters to reach blazes in all kinds of terrain.

The $144,000 truck includes firefighting equipment like a 175 gpm pump, whip lines for two firefighters to ride in the back, as well as a foam system. The truck also has a $13,000 body lift.
