CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (AP) — A former Texas corrections officer wanted in Nueces County for intoxicated manslaughter for nearly 15 years has been found living in Mexico.

The northern part of Mexico, including Coahuila, experienced a massive power and water outage on Sunday, September 10, which lasted more than six hours before services were restored.

   Sonia Villarreal Perez candidate for the Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) was declared the winner for the position of Piedras Negras Presidente Municipal early Friday morning despite multiple accusations of discrepancies and claims of fraud among many other problems being noted since the election took place on Sunday July 3 ,2017.
