Police detain man for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
Another incident with a firearm has been reported by the Eagle Pass Police Department. The report indicates that police officers and investigators responded to a residence within the 500 block of King David on Wednesday april 4,2018 at approximately 11 am in regards to an on-going investigation.

Velazquez, charged with aggravated sexual assault, freed on bail

39-year old Frank Velazquez,Jr a former Maverick County Sheriff's Deputy was freed on bail after being charged with aggravated sexual assault of a minor involving his 5-year-old stepdaughter.
