Monday, May 27, will be a day in which America honors and remembers our military heroes who have given their all for our country. Recognized as Memorial Day, a federal holiday in the United States which allows the entire nation to remember those who died while serving in the country's armed forces. Locally, our community remembers 53 local military heroes who lost their lives defending our freedoms and that of others, abroad.
