During a meeting held on Tuesday, June 26 the MCHD Board of Trustees approved to authorize CEO Terri Patlan Contreras to execute a contract with University Health Systems (UHS) for the purchase of the Medical Office Building / Ground Lease which is approximately 3.4 acres of land.
