Former Eagle Pass City Manager Hector Chavez’s appearance for sentencing before Western District Judge Alia Moses has been rescheduled from August 30 to Monday, August 21.
The City of Eagle Pass held a presentation of scholarships on Friday, August 4 to the winners of the various beauty pageants the city sponsors during March.
Former Eagle Pass City Manager Hector Chavez is scheduled to appear before District Judge Alia Moses Aug. 30 for a possible sentence after pleading guilty to a federal charge accusing him of giving a false statement to a federal agent.
