Communities on the Texas- Mexico border are often depicted in a less than positive light, especially as many who have never spent time in border towns, including politicians, continue to spread negative stereotypes about the area and the people who live there. 

Former EPISD student Roberta Flores has returned to Eagle Pass to film a full length documentary to show life in both Eagle Pass and Piedras Negras to prove just the opposite. Flores is a graduate of the prestigious New York University and is a resident of New York state.
