“Police Chief Guajardo and I congratulate and thank Sergeant Escareño for his years of service to our city and wish him well as the new Police Director at the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Reservation,” said Mayor Cantu. Sergeant Escareño has been an inspiration to so many local law enforcement officials who have worked with him in the past three decades.
