Construction work at the Eagle Pass Public Safety Complex Headquarters has been at a steady pace and is expected to be completed by the end of the year (after numerous setbacks in the past).

City Planing Director Vanessa Rosales Herrera has reported that the completion date has been set for January 2, 2020.

The Eagle Pass City Council continue moving forward in assuring that the project is finished - after experiencing several problems that have delayed the project for some time. Those issues have been fixed and the council has taken the initiative to remedy those setbacks which occurred due to circumstances out of their hands.

Last week Mayor Ramsey E. Cantu visited the construction site and toured the new state-of-the-art facility to see its progress first hand. Mayor Cantu and the Eagle Pass City Council moved to build the facility several years ago and are happy to see it come to fruition after years of planning and strategizing.
